2014 Shiraz from Mt Torrens and Willunga (near McLaren Vale). Blended with a good friend of mine David who supplied his Willunga wine. We thought we could make 2 wines better by blending. We spend one afternoon trying different ratios and agreed on 30% Mt Torrens and 70% Willunga. I bottled my blend soon after mixing both wines and I'm very happy with the results. I'm not sure if anyone has done this before? |
